Terms, Conditions & Policies

We are a Floating Boutique Vacation Rental with Four Enchanting Rooms on Two Very Special Yachts.  We function a bit differently than your standard hotel.  The Grand Lady is a Yacht with 3,000 Sq Ft of Luxurious Living Space.


Cancellation Policies / Terms
  • If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50-percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

  • If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.


Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation may be charged anytime after booking.


Check-In and Check-Out Policy
  • Our Check-In time is strictly from 4 pm to 8 pm.

  • Check-Out time is no later than 12 noon.

  • Please present valid ID and Credit Card at Check-In.


Room Capacity

  • Indicate and verify at time of booking number of people staying. You will be assessed fees for extra persons including children.

  • Navigators Cabin and Captains Quarters have queen-size beds and may only have up 2 persons per room.

  • Owners Stateroom has a queen-size bed for 2.  An extra 3rd person allowed utilizing sofa sleeper. Additional $40 charge for the third person.

  • Extra guests can also sleep in the fantail lounge and on the sofa. Bedding will be provided, $40 per person extra. over six guests


  • Read parking signs and follow rules to avoid parking fines and tickets.

  • Upon request, permit will be issued for overnight parking to our registered guests for use in designated areas at no extra charge.

  • Not all parking areas accept permit parking. Other sections have time limits without regards to permit.

  • You will be liable for any parking violations.


Visiting Guests
  • Non-overnight visiting Guests are welcome but need to be prearranged with the host ahead of time.

  • No more than total 6 visiting non-registered guests.

  • Visiting Guests may not stay after 10 pm and limited to 4 hours. Parking available for visiting guests.


Marina Rules

All Marina Rules should be followed including:

  • No Swimming.

  • No feeding of wildlife.

  • No dumping to the Bay.

  • Quiet time after 10 pm - no loud music/media or conversations.


Galley/Kitchen Use and Dining

Kitchen/ Galley is available to guests. We offer complimentary Coffee and Tea.  Beverages are for sale if you wish. Ask staff to assist with reheating food, storing to refrigerator or freezer, and other kitchen utilization. Storage space is limited and subject to availability. 


House Rules
  • Smoking is not permitted on the boat.

  • Do not place ANYTHING in the toilets which did not come out of your body, including toilet paper; use the bins provided please.

  • Fireplace use is prohibited unless arrangements are made in advance and the crew starts the fire.

  • Leave the yacht as you found it, clean and undamaged. Do your dishes and clean-up after yourselves please. 

  • You are chartering the yacht for dockside use only. A captain may be hired for excursions aboard the Good Luck if you wish. Please reserve
    well in advance.

  • Noise restrictions apply on board. There are many neighbors around so please respect them by keeping noise to acceptable residential levels
    and then ambient levels after 10 pm.

  • Additional fees will be charged or taken from your deposit if any of these rules are violated.

  • You are a guest aboard my yacht, treat it with respect as you would the home of your mother-in-law.



Additional Fees

Additional fees may incur for any damages, stains, smoke odors, excessive dirt, pet hair and soil.


  • Children - okay under the care of parents/guardians. No extra bed/crib arrangements available for these young ones. 


Pets and Service Dogs

  • Pets and service dogs may only be accommodated at Owners Stateroom and subject to availability. Service animals or pets not allowed in the other rooms to be considerate to guests who have allergic reactions to animals. The Owners Stateroom has sufficient space for you and your animal companion.

  • Fees for Dog - $40 Additional cleaning fees may apply.

  • You need to prearrange the dog’s accommodation ahead of time. Detailed Terms and Conditions for Pets and Service Dogs will be sent to you.
